Year round swimming club in the Scenic Rim.
The Scenic Rim Rim Swimming Club Inc. was established by Brett and Jody Hottes in 2010 after the construction of a new indoor sports centre at The Kooralbyn International School.
The club was originally established so that members of the community could gain access to the pool which is located on the school grounds. It was also planned that the club eventually become a competitive club which was affiliated, thus allowing members to compete at sanctioned meets throughout QLD and Australia.
The club started to grow and later moved to the new indoor pool at Beaudesert which is run by The Swim Faculty. The club became affiliated with Gold Coast and QLD in August 2011.
